North Carolina Symphony: Classical Favorites
The newly renovated Kenan Auditorium re-opens September 21st with North Carolina Symphony's "Classical Favorites". Resident Conductor William Henry Curry directs the ensemble in music by Wagner, Humperdinck, Grieg, and Tchaikovsky.
The concert begins at 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 21 in Kenan Auditorium.

William Henry Curry, Resident Conductor
William Henry Curry is in his ninth season with the North Carolina Symphony. He came to the North Carolina Symphony by way of New Orleans where he served as Resident Conductor of the New Orleans Symphony. Maestro Curry serves as the artistic director for Summerfest and all North Carolina Symphony summer programs. He also conducts classical, educational and pops concerts throughout the state.
