ABOUT THE QUINTET

Founded in 2004, the Faculty Woodwind Quintet is comprised of UNCW's applied woodwind faculty members. The ensemble performs concerts on and off campus and conducts clinics for regional high schools.

Currently the ensemble includes Department of Music faculty members Mary Jo White, flute; Jessica Miller, oboe; Mike Waddell, clarinet; Valanda Nelson, bassoon; Crystal Britton, horn
