UNCW Department of Creative Writing presents faculty member Robert Anthony Siegel reading from his new novel All Will Be Revealed.

WILMINGTON, N.C.-University of North Carolina Wilmington faculty member Robert Anthony Siegel will read from his new novel All Will Be Revealed (MacAdam/Cage, 2007) at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 19 in room 1008 of the CIS building (Computer and Information Systems), UNCW campus. This event is free and open to the public.

Siegel was educated at Harvard University, the University of Tokyo and the Iowa Writers' Workshop, and has received fellowships from the Japanese Ministry of Education, the Michener-Copernicus Society and the Fine Arts Work Center at Provincetown. His previous novel was All The Money in the World (Random House, 1997). He teaches fiction at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he lives with his wife, the novelist Karen E. Bender, and their two children, Jonah and Maia.

Early praise for All Will Be Revealed:

"A richly detailed and seedily seductive narrative."

-Publishers' Weekly

"All Will Be Revealed will hold you from start to finish-and hold you tightly. It is one of those rare novels that delicately takes you places you never expected to find yourself, one of those rare novels that becomes a movie in your head. The story is alive and breathing in large part because of Robert Anthony Siegel's vigorous and clear prose. Just watch what happens to you as you read it. Afterwards, you'll be spreading the good news."

-Clyde Edgerton, author of Walking Across Egypt and Raney

"Robert Anthony Siegel's All Will Be Revealed is as sly, funny, heartbreaking and exquisite as any contemporary novel I know. Its strange and vivid world, and its extraordinarily compelling characters, will make you think about grief, love, and obsession in new and transcendentally beautiful ways."

-Alicia Erian, author of Towelhead

"Intelligent, soulful, gorgeous, this is a book of wonders. In Robert Siegel's hands, the world trembles with meaning, and the passage between this world and the next is slippery, seductive, and impossibly beautiful."

-Rebecca Lee, author of The City is a Rising Tide
