Art of the New North State
The Ann Flack Boseman Gallery features the work of pine needle basket maker - Melanie Walter, furniture maker - Shane Smith, fiber artist - Jan Lewis, and ceramics artist - Cindy Weaver.
The artists practice these very traditional and historical artforms, while infusing their work with their own personal and modern influences.
The exhibit will run from January 15 - February 8, 2008 in the Warwick Center Lobby Gallery. The opening reception date is Thursday, January 17 from 6-8pm, and will be held in the Warwick Center Lobby Gallery. The reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.
Gallery Hours: Monday-Friday: 7am-Midnight; Saturday: 10a.m.-Midnight; Sunday: 1p.m.-Midnight.
