Shaun Brumder (Colin Hanks) is a local surfer kid from Orange County who dreams of going to Stanford to become a writer and to get away from his dysfunctional family household. Shaun runs into one complication after another when his application is rejected due to a mix-up by an incompetent high school counselor. Adventures ensue, as Shaun journeys with his girlfriend Ashley (Schuyler Fisk) and drugged-out brother Lance (Jack Black) to get accepted at any cost. Sponsored by ACE Films. (RAIN LOCATION: LUMINA)
