A young immigrant girl befriends a young man in an early-20th century hospital in Los Angeles, who keeps her entranced with an elaborate story. Mixing reality with the fantasy, the young man uses his story to manipulate the girl to run an errand for him which may result in death for one of them. Starring Lee Pace.
