Firestarter
In 1983, Frank Capra, Jr., produced Firestarter, the first major motion picture to be filmed in Wilmington. This important project started our local film industry!

As the result of a government experiment on Charlie's parents, Charlie has the telekinetic ability to start fires. Now, the same government agents who experimented on Charlie's parents want Charlie.
