Local music group, The HUSHpuppies, have quickly developed a name for themselves among clubs and other musicians in the Wilmington area. Their hook driven acoustic rock style (which is reminiscent of such groups like Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson and Incubus) has produced a strong following among music lovers in the Port City. In just 6 months, The HUSHpuppies have become one of the fastest growing bands in the area.
