The ACE event featuring comedian Dave Chappelle at 8 p.m. April 24 in Trask Coliseum officially sold out on Monday, March 22, during the UNCW student sale. The Association for Campus Entertainment would like to thank students for supporting the event and encourage anyone that was not able to purchase tickets to tune into Surf 107.5 or 93.7 The Bone radio stations for a chance to win tickets!

Wilmington, N.C. – Nationally renowned comedian Dave Chapelle will perform live at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 24 in Trask Coliseum at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is sponsored by UNCW’s Association for Campus Entertainment (ACE).
This nationally renowned comedian has a style all his own and is best known for Comedy Central’s Chappelle’s Show and for his roles in major motion pictures, such as The Nutty Professor, Con Air and Half Baked, which he co-wrote. Chappelle’s humor constantly tests the boundaries of race, language and pop-culture. He has appeared on over 40 national programs including numerous appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman and Late Night with Conan O’Brien.
For UNCW students, tickets go on sale Monday, March 22 and are $10. Tickets go on sale for UNCW faculty and staff Monday, March 29 for $20 and for the general public on Monday, April 5 for $25. Tickets are available from the University Union information desk from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. The show is appropriate for ages 16+ and will contain adult content.
