UNCW Seeks Artists for 2005-06 University Union Exhibit Series

Wilmington, N.C. – The University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking visual artists to exhibit their work during the 2005-06 academic year in the University Union and Warwick Center. The submission deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, April 8.
Artwork of any medium is eligible. Interested artists should submit no more than 10 35-mm slides or a slide CD that best represents their body of work, current resume and artist statement for consideration by the selection committee. All works must be framed, matted and ready for display. Artists should include their name on each slide and enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope in order to return slides. If selected, exhibits will run for approximately six weeks.
